We’ve joined hands with Kavita Shah of Kasha Breads and added something really special to this classic sourdough to give it that extra oomph – our Tomato Gochujang! The rich, spicy-sweet flavours of Gochujang elevate the bread, creating a bold, savoury twist that perfectly compliments the tanginess of the sourdough.
We’ve also folded in some garlic for an added depth of flavour, then finished it off with a crunchy sesame seed crust. The result – a sourdough with layers of spice, savoury goodness, and a delightful crunch that takes it to the next level!
