Return & Exchange
At www.simbiosis.co.in, we take pride in the freshness of our produce and the quality of our lifestyle products. Because we deal with perishable goods, our policy is designed to ensure fairness and safety.
1. Fresh Produce (Perishables)
Due to the nature of fresh farm products, we do not accept returns once the delivery is accepted.
- Quality Issues: If the produce is damaged, wilted, or spoiled at the time of delivery, please notify us immediately (within 4 hours) of receipt.
- Resolution: Depending on the issue, we will either offer a replacement in your next delivery or issue a store credit/refund for the affected items.
- Proof Required: A clear photo or video of the damaged produce must be sent to [Email/WhatsApp Number].
2. Lifestyle Products (Non-Perishables)
For non-perishable lifestyle items, we offer a [X]-day return/exchange window.
- Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Exclusions: Items sold under “Clearance” or “Flash Sales” are not eligible for returns.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive an incorrect item or a damaged lifestyle product:
- Please report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory: We require an unboxing video to process any claims regarding missing or damaged items.
4. Refunds
- Approved Refunds: Once your request is verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. For lifestyle returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
5. Order Cancellations
- Fresh Produce: Orders containing fresh produce can only be cancelled [X] hours before the scheduled delivery slot. Once the harvest/dispatch process starts, cancellations are not possible.
- Lifestyle Products: Can be cancelled anytime before they are shipped.
