Inside, you’ll find the usual favourites, a crunchy mix of leafy greens: Spinach, Mizuna, Arugula, and Lettuce. Alongside them, our Tomatoes: some large and beefy and perfect for slicing, others small enough to snack on while you prep.

We’re also switching things up with a Basil Pesto schmear by @thelostgonzo, paired with beautiful melty cheese from @kase.cheese.

Everything is meant to be tucked between two halves of that gorgeous, bubbly focaccia, fermented overnight, then baked with love (and Rosemary) by Kavita at @Kashabreads.

Perfect to eat just as it is, with enough Greens, Tomatoes, and Cheese left over to throw together another salad. Or build your box up with whatever you’re craving, cold cuts, grilled chicken, mushrooms, peppers, cream cheese… This sandwich box is your perfect canvas!
