Today’s delivery box features what’s ready at the farm right now - juicy Spinach, zingy Arugula, crunchy Lettuce, and two varieties of Cherry tomatoes. One is our much-loved Wild Cherry Tomatoes, and the other is a new addition this season: Sungold Cherry Tomatoes. There’s a little bit of fresh Mint in there too 🌿
We’re also excited to have our favourite cheesemakers back on board this season - Käse Cheese! This box comes with their Feta Chilli Garlic, a staple we’ve truly missed.
New to all our salad boxes this season is a house-made dressing — taking the work out of your hands and into ours. Each one is crafted thoughtfully by our friend, Chef Mohit. In this box, you’ll find our Fresh AF Boi dressing: lemony, minty, and bright.
This is a box we’ll keep building on as more of what we’ve sown reaches harvest. This is Version 2.0 — with many more to come 🌱
